HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDERS TO BE SHIPPED?
While I try to send out most orders the same week they are placed, some orders may take longer. I will let you know if that's the case. My current policy is all U.K. orders should be delivered within 2 weeks. Most of you won't have to wait that long. Orders shipped outside the U.K. can vary in their delivery times, so I can't guarantee about shipment times once orders have left the U.K.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?
I ship all prints with Royal Mail 'first class signed-for'. Royal mail aims to deliver these within 2 days.I ship all international orders with Royal Mail 'air-mail international signed -for'. International orders typically take 8-14 days to arrive, but I can't guarantee international shipping times. Slumber is not responsible for payment of any import duties which may be incurred while shipping to countries outside the U.K. All prints are sold un-framed and shipped rolled in card tubes.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If your order is damaged in transit, I will gladly arrange to send you a replacement, but I'll need the damaged item back first. Simply drop me an email using the contact page on this site. I don't however issue refunds. All orders are final.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
I gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or regular account payments through PayPal.

DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE?
No, you do not need to have a PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay with any major credit card. Simply select the credit card option on the the bottom right hand side of the paypal page once you checkout.

HOW SECURE IS THIS STORE?
All payments accepted on the site are processed by PayPal, and as such, your information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).
